A neo-noir story set in a neighborhood terrorized by a radically idealistic group. Combat is turn-based and first-person, demanding fast reactions to block attacks from multiple directions and striking back with varying strength and accuracy. The story follows a group of characters — each with a different view of the world — as they push back against the group threatening their lives, told through manga panels in black and white with elements of noir.
