Letters to Rosa

When missing gig worker Rosa Fuentes turns up murdered, it falls to her girlfriend and housemates to force the city to collect her body and hold a proper funeral. Her girlfriend quickly finds herself entangled in the labyrinthine bureaucracy of a near-future Arcata, California — met at every turn by apathy and absurdity.
