Raiders of the Broken Planet: Council Apocalypse

The Fifth Council — soulless cyborgs from the moons of Saturn — were the last faction to arrive on the Broken Planet, and they have been quietly collecting archaeological data ever since. Harec suspects they may be searching for the Protectors, just as the Raiders are. If that is true, the Raiders need to move faster — and they need one of the Protectors to cooperate. Getting an incorruptible enemy to do anything of the sort is the problem.
