The Ministry of Public Decency has revived an old London tradition: Bonfire Night on Watchmaker's Hill. Unsanctioned fireworks and mysterious effigies have begun circulating through the crowd. Investigate the incendiary activity among the bonfires and revelers, and choose your side — aid the troublemakers, or assist the constables. What is a little pandemonium, really?
