CEO Test
CEO Test is a nonlinear, story-driven game about corporate control. The Glazial Group is looking for a new CEO. We are currently developing the CEO Test to preselect potential candidates. This CEO Test will be released as a game, combining nonlinear storytelling with strategy-building elements to test potential applicants' abilities to deal with economic complexity and emotional challenges. About This Game
The Glazial Group's shareholders and board have mandated that the next CEO be selected by a new evaluation program rather than chosen by hand. The CEO Test software — developed by the CTO — puts candidates through scenarios designed to assess how they handle complexity, how they define leadership, and how they envision the conglomerate's future. The previous CEO had too much power. This one will be earned through the program.
