Rogue Empire

After a long peace between the known races of Ethistos, entities called the First Shadow appear and use their magic to seal the capital cities of every kingdom inside shadow fields. The great alliance of nations marches to find the source — and then communication goes silent. Attacks from the First Shadow stop at the same time, creating a strange standoff. A call goes out to any capable adventurer willing to investigate what happened to the army, what the shadow fields are, and whether there is any way to dissolve them. Rogue Empire is a turn-based dungeon RPG built around that investigation.
