Sonic P-06
Sonic P-06 is a platform game developed by Argentinian programmer "ChaosX" for Windows. It is an unofficial remake of the 2006 video game Sonic the Hedgehog, originally developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The remake features many improvements over the original source material, such as improved controls, faster load times, enhanced visuals, various bug fixes, restored dialog, and brand new mid-level cutscenes. P-06 has a huge cult following and an active speedrunning community. As of August 2023, nine demos have been released, containing all main acts from Sonic's, Shadow's, and Silver's campaigns. The boss fights, hub worlds, town missions, and final story from the original game are not yet playable in P-06.

Dr. Eggman kidnaps Princess Elise of Soleanna to harness the Flames of Disaster sealed within her. Sonic races to protect Elise with help from Tails and Knuckles. Meanwhile, Shadow and Rouge accidentally release the evil spirit Mephiles, who transports them to a post-apocalyptic future ravaged by the monster Iblis. Mephiles tricks time-displaced survivors Silver and Blaze into believing Sonic caused the catastrophe and sends them back to kill him. The full picture eventually surfaces: Mephiles and Iblis are the two sundered halves of Soleanna's god, Solaris. Mephiles kills Sonic to make Elise cry and release Iblis from within her, then merges with Iblis to become Solaris — who begins consuming all of time. The heroes use the Chaos Emeralds to revive Sonic. He, Shadow, and Silver transform and defeat Solaris. Sonic and Elise travel to the past and extinguish Solaris's flame, erasing the god from existence and resetting everything that followed — though both seem to carry a faint echo of what they lived through.
