Syd the Shiba Inu returns to Shiba Island after ten years away. Her homecoming immediately disrupts the lives of every dog she left behind. She reconnects with her old friend Max and meets a mysterious Labrador named Quei-Li — a Lab being an unusual presence on the island. Together they are her only remaining allies as she tries to survive the past that drove her off the island in the first place. A visual novel about returns and the things that make them difficult.
