Sam Mallard: The Case of the Missing Swan

A Mr. Swan — owner of Swanline Shipping — says his wife has gone missing and the police will not help without proof of foul play. He is offering a thousand dollars upfront if Sam can find her by morning, no questions asked. A suspiciously large sum for a missing person case, but the wallet is thin.
