A mysterious life form has descended from outer space. It does not attack. It does not respond to food, noise, or provocation. It simply lumbers in every direction — blocking roads, standing in fields, ignoring everything. Modern firearms have no effect. The government established the Special Defense Bureau of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and within it, the Anti-Mutant Organism Task Force. The public has taken to calling the creatures jammers. The task force has taken to being mocked. Then a new squad leader gets pulled into an incident during a routine removal mission that changes everything.
