Grey dies a sudden, unexplained death and arrives in Purgatory — only to discover he is a Nexus Being, an anomaly no one can judge. Neither Heaven nor Hell can claim him. To determine his fate, Grey is sent back to the human world to complete seven trials, escorted by two unlikely Guardians: one angel and one devil. Bound by the Supreme Being, they can guide, support, and tempt — but never interfere. Only Grey's own choices, virtuous or sinful, will decide what becomes of him.
