The game is set on the Ürphea Continent, after the Witch Hunts of the previous three games have concluded. It follows up on a plot thread revealed in Witch Spring 3's post-game.
The new protagonist is Moccamori, the current queen of Ürphea. Having suppressed the Spring War on the continent and becoming queen, she now seeks to conquer the remaining two continents.

The little witch queen Moccamori rules the Ürphean continent. She trains rigorously, sends minions to gather magical ingredients, and ventures out herself when she needs to. Everything she crafts makes her stronger. As her power grows, the Warriors she faces retaliate with greater force. She will not stop training until she has conquered every continent — if the dangers that despise her do not stop her first. A mobile action RPG in the WitchSpring series.
