Femida

The State has just come through a violent revolution and is trying to build a republic out of what remains. Most of the old public servants have been removed, and the capital Metropolis needs new people. Daemon Mardoch wins the Labor Lottery and moves to the capital to work as a judge — leaving his wife and children behind for the promise of a better life and the chance to find out what happened to his father, who disappeared during the revolution. Femida is a nonlinear detective game in which every ruling has consequences, and the justice of the State is not always the same thing as justice.
