An old man visits the witch's shop one morning carrying a box he says contains his heart, and asks for it to be delivered. The shop's owner, Madame Odette, refuses him. Her apprentice Marjolaine—moved by something in the request—accepts it against her teacher's wishes. With only a photograph to navigate by, the young witch heads into the city. The Witchling Marjolaine is a narrative game about a small errand that turns out to mean something larger than it appeared.
