Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia

Based on the animated series Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia, Defenders of Arcadia is a side-scrolling action-platformer that returns to the world of the ordinary teenager turned unlikely hero, Jim Lake Jr. Chosen to wield a legendary amulet and stand as the Trollhunter, protector of both humans and the hidden world of trolls, Jim once again finds his town of Arcadia threatened by a looming catastrophe. This time the danger takes the form of the Time-pocalypse, a crisis that fractures time itself and endangers everything he holds dear. Joined by his loyal friend and ally Claire Nunez, whom players can also control, Jim sets out to set things right, battling trolls, goblins, dragons, and other fantastical foes across the adventure. Along the way the heroes collect artifacts and upgrade their armor, growing stronger as they journey through familiar locales in a race to defend Arcadia and mend the unraveling threads of time.
