Surfacing

Lumi the mermaid has arrived in a new underwater town with a problem: nobody there believes in mermaids, which makes being one somewhat awkward. Determined to set the record straight, Lumi sets out to collect genuine mermaid artifacts from the surrounding area, building a case that cannot be ignored. She is joined along the way by Toivo, a fellow traveler who may or may not be a mermaid themselves.
