Smiley's Revenge

After the super volcanoes of Earth erupt simultaneously and reduce the world to seven surviving islands, scientist Orion completes his greatest work: a sustainable energy source for each island. His partner, the eternally smiling man everyone calls Smiley, murders him for it, but Orion prepared for betrayal: the energy was sealed inside six bio-organic orbs before Smiley could claim it. Over time those orbs evolved into biomechanical beings. Players choose which orb to embody at the start of their journey across the shattered world.
