This is a documentary experience. In 2014, filmmaker Ann Shin met two men whose story permanently changed her: Zahed, an Iranian child soldier during the Iran-Iraq War, who found Najah — an injured enemy soldier — in a bunker during combat and chose to save his life instead of taking it. That split-second decision shaped both their lives and the lives of their families for decades afterward. The story became a film, then a feature documentary, then this: a VR experience that places you inside the moment, letting you make the choices and understand what it actually costs to see the humanity in someone you have been told is your enemy.
