In an alternate 1970s Bangkok, a relentless swarm of mutated sago worms has overrun the city, posing an existential threat to its inhabitants. Players assume the role of an exterminator tasked with mounting a desperate defense against the endless writhing infestation, armed with weapons and determination to push back the tide of creatures threatening to consume everything. Survival hinges on quick reflexes and strategic firepower as the player battles through wave after wave of the grotesque parasites that have transformed this version of Thailand into a nightmare landscape.
