Berserker

In the twilight of Norse mythology, a warrior cursed with the Rage rune—one of five devastating powers born from Odin's desperate sacrifice—struggles to contain the godly fury that threatens to consume him entirely. Scarred by his own violent past and haunted by the knowledge that his daughter must eventually inherit this terrible legacy, he has devoted himself to a grueling ritual of isolation in the mountains, wrestling with the rune's relentless hunger each passing season. Yet as his control weakens and the voices of madness grow louder, a sinister force emerges: the Madness rune, wielded by one of his cursed brethren, has begun to pursue him with purpose. When a vision of a burning village tears through his sanctuary, the warrior must confront not only the darkness within himself but also a conspiracy among the rune bearers that threatens to reshape the world according to forces far beyond mortal understanding.
