Sushi Alone

When Japanese culinary traditions begin to fade into obscurity in the year 20XX, a sushi chef falls gravely ill and is hospitalized, leaving behind an urgent final wish: someone must carry on the family legacy. Thrust into an unexpected role, the protagonist inherits the responsibility of operating a small conveyor belt sushi restaurant single-handedly, armed only with their father's plea and the weight of preserving a dying craft. What begins as a desperate attempt to keep the doors open becomes a journey to master the art of sushi-making while managing every aspect of the business alone. The player must balance preparation, presentation, and customer satisfaction to honor their father's memory and revive interest in authentic Japanese food culture.
