Summoning magic was discovered in the Mushroom Kingdom, and things immediately went wrong: the spell spiraled out of control and reincarnated every citizen of the Mushroom Kingdom as a random anime character. Mario must master summoning magic himself and restore order to a kingdom that has become very difficult to recognize.
