In the final stages of World War II, the fanatical Major Strauss plans to open a gateway to Hell itself to reinforce the Nazi war machine. An elite squad — the Mad Devils — is deployed to stop him. They fail. Killed in action, the Mad Devils regroup in the underworld and hatch a new plan: close the gateway from the other side.
