Terra Prospekt — a Combine high-security penitentiary near City 20 — is the last place any rebel wants to end up. Former corporal Collins ended up there anyway, sent into the future by G-Man following Operation Rift. Imprisoned by the Combine, Collins has made a vow: he will not leave his bones in this place.
