In late 2019, a solitary sniper operative codenamed Raven accepts a contract to destabilize the oppressive regime of dictator Bibi Rashida in the fictional Middle Eastern nation of Kuamar. Operating remotely under the direction of an unseen handler known only as Control, Raven infiltrates the hostile landscape of Zindah Province to systematically eliminate the regime's power structure from a distance, targeting arms dealers, military trainers, and intelligence operatives who form Rashida's inner circle. Each elimination demands precision work from extreme ranges, with some shots spanning more than a kilometer across vast, unforgiving terrain.
