Add new rehabilitation programs — Animal Therapy, Conflict Resolution classes led by ex-prisoners, meetings with community members — to help inmates shed negative traits and build better behaviors. Good conduct can reduce sentences; reoffending sends inmates back. Rehabilitated prisoners reward you; reoffenders cost you. Inmates can also earn credentials through work programs and open their own inmate-run rooms, including a Bakery and Restaurant.
