Fallen London: Damp Martyrs

A wealthy heiress has gone missing. Her family suspects kidnapping and points to the Circumcellion Brotherhood — a nautical faction of martyr-marauders with a documented history of violence. The player joins a naval task force to investigate the disappearance, track the Brotherhood into the cold waters of the Unterzee, and find out whether the family's suspicions are correct and whether salvation of any kind can be found in such a place.
