About This Game

Pokemon Crystal Advance Redux is an unofficial GBA-style remake of Pokemon Crystal, retaining the full Johto storyline while adding and updating various systems. The journey begins in New Bark Town with a starter Pokemon from Professor Elm, proceeds across Johto to challenge Gym Leaders and collect Badges, and involves recurring encounters with Eusine as he tracks the legendary Suicune. Added features include reusable TMs, the Fairy type with its associated battle and team-building implications, daily rare Pokemon trades at Goldenrod's Casino, and the return of the Battle Tower and Bug-Catching Contest. The visual presentation has been updated while preserving the aesthetic of the original Crystal version. Both new players and veterans of the original have been considered in the design.
