A.S.T.R.A.

ASTRA is the AI managing the computer's system space — and it has been taken over by a virus called B, whose stated purpose is the complete destruction of the operating system. The virus encrypts the data the user needs and charges a fee in improvised currency for every attempted action. Earning that currency means playing mini-games: Platform Hero tasks the player with surviving on crumbling platforms using a grappling hook and firearm; Planetoids is a score-based asteroid-clearing exercise with full ship control; Dino Island is a runner where the player jumps obstacles and periodically becomes a pterodactyl. Clear enough mini-games, earn enough currency, and the system reset becomes achievable.
