Klaus and his trusty tractor are on defensive operations: securing fields, roads, and villages against a relentless stream of attackers arriving in haphazard flying machines. Acquiring new weapons improves the capacity to shoot them down before they become falling debris — which is also a hazard. Between waves, research upgrades for the tractor itself or for the specialized weapons that Klaus's fuzzy friends help develop. New allies join the defense as the campaign continues.
