Penthos

Walpole is a cozy mountain town that has never had cause for alarm — until three murders in ten days, each targeting a family. The town's response has been, essentially, silence and waiting. Agnes is an ordinary wallflower who gets pulled into an investigation by her paranoid friend Byrne. The rest of their social group — fashionista Yumi, the perpetually irritable Axel, and laid-back Guro — are less enthused about vigilante detective work. As the situation escalates, what this group finds out about the murders is matched by what they find out about each other.
