The cause is the outbreak of Prorepo stercoralis, a dormant aquatic parasite now active and spreading. Relivium features a tailored narrative built around resource management, exploration, and a robust combat system for handling the infected — but combat preparation will not protect Harvy from the mysterious presence that has been following him throughout the journey.
