Mario Kart RiiBalanced is a mod for Mario Kart Wii that balances the states of very vehicle, character, modifies item probability, harder CPUs, edits textures and music, adds Toad Circuit from Mario Kart 7 and changes to the existing tracks to make the game more evenly balanced.
