The world is slipping into darkness, and the fairy Silk is trying to find someone willing to help stop it. The person she finds is Nata de Cotton, a young witch with no apparent interest in saving the world — until Silk mentions that the path forward happens to be lined with giant Willows, the candy Cotton craves more than anything. The two of them set out together. Cotton is nominally hunting for the source of the darkness. Primarily, she is hunting for Willows.
