The Noisy Fairy is a covert unit under the direct command of Kycilia of the Principality of Zeon, led by Alma. In the One Year War against the Earth Federation Forces — which include the feared mobile suit known as the White Devil — the unit presses forward despite the deteriorating military situation in North America.
