In Japanese folklore, objects that have served faithfully for a hundred years or more — and have not been properly discarded — awaken as Tsukumogami: the spirits of old tools, seeking to continue their existence in the world. One such yokai has broken free after a long confinement, driven by an appetite for revenge against the descendants of those who sealed it, and a specific hunger for the Yin energy of women. It falls to an ordinary schoolboy to protect his friends from the consequences of that hunger. Panty & Demons is a match-3 style puzzle game with visual novel presentation and RPG elements woven through the story.
