Syndication Cyberpunk

Jake was a Syndicate operator on Space Station 4528 in the Andromeda Galaxy — someone who, by all accounts, was a very big deal in that sector before being arrested and put into cryo-jail for what turned out to be seven consecutive life sentences. He wakes up in 3099 and discovers that 300 years in suspension have given smaller factions time to absorb everything he built. His empire is gone. His former territory — Sector 19, the station's jail sector, run now by the corporate syndicate Syn Corp — is occupied by competitors. Sector 19 is where ex-convicts and people without the credits to leave anywhere end up. Jake is starting from there, from nothing, with a biotech arm that activates once he leaves the sector and ambitions that have not diminished at all. Take back the establishments that were his. Earn protection credits block by block. Bribe when it is faster, fight when it is not, and build the resources to challenge the powerful syndicates that will require better preparations than walking up and swinging at them.
